are you hungry? or just neurotic?

eating is a substitute for many things in your life - it gives you something to do and is a mindless activity that brings satisfaction and that you totally control - unlike most things in life -

living properly however is much harder but a healthier habit to cultivate - and regardless of what food is a substitute for that is missing in your life - you need to address the problem - it is not about diets - it is about mind over matter - and what matters is your happiness - not your hunger - satisfaction is one thing - peace of mind is yet another -

concerns about your appearance, your relationships, your job, your family - all go away when you are slugging down a beer and eating ice-cream while sitting on your couch watching infomercials -

being a millionaire is not necessary or important - but being healthy and happy is -

so take control of your body - don't diet - but don't overfeed it - eat the right things - and the rest of your life will be easier to deal with when you are healthy and not over-weight -

and remember that a hungry person is a healthy person -

save some money and spend less on yourself and use your extra money to help those that are truly starving on our planet -

put things in their proper perspective -
